HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Data, Security and Your Account Rights

Account Verification

When you register, we collect your name, email, phone and identity document (where law requires). We verify all details before your first withdrawal and keep your data encrypted at rest and in transit.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active plus five years after closure, as required by local financial regulations. You can request deletion of non-essential data at any time.

Cookies and Tracking

Our site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and track anonymous usage patterns so we can improve the platform. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing core functionality.

Password and Login Security

Use a strong, unique password and never share it. We store passwords as one-way hashes and offer optional two-factor authentication in your security settings for extra protection.

Third-Party Access

We do not sell your data to third parties. We share payment details only with our processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS providers and our bank partner) to execute transactions where local law permits.

Request Your Data

Email [email protected] with 'Data Request' in the subject line. We'll send you a copy of everything we hold on your account within 10 working days, in a readable format.

What You Need to Know About Our Terms

Contact our support team with your registered email or phone number. We'll verify your identity and help you reset your password. If your email is no longer active, we can verify you via your phone and identity document. Recovery usually takes 24 hours on business days.

You can update your phone number, email and withdrawal payment method in Settings > Account Info. Changes to your legal name or identity document require support verification. Email [email protected] with a photo of your new document; we verify within 48 hours.

Go to Settings > Account Options and select 'Close Account'. We'll process your request within 24 hours, pay out any remaining balance to your registered payment method, and delete your personal data after the five-year retention period ends.

Report the issue to [email protected] with your transaction ID (visible in your account history). Include the date, amount and payment method. Our team investigates disputed transactions within 5–7 working days and will refund or correct the transaction if we find an error.

Deposit and withdrawal limits depend on local law and your payment method. Minimum withdrawal is typically Rp 50,000 across DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS. Maximum daily withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000 per method; ask support if you need a limit review.

Sharing your account, using bots, claiming false identity, depositing on behalf of others, or exploiting system errors are prohibited. Violations may result in account restriction, forfeiture of balance, or permanent ban. We'll notify you in writing with details and a chance to respond.

Disputes are resolved through our support process first. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may escalate to mediation under local law where your account was registered. The terms are governed by the jurisdiction where you registered; specific law rules depend on local law.
